The Level 6 Teacher Apprenticeship (Undergraduate) is a fully funded, work-based route into teaching. It leads to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Level 6 undergraduate degree, while the learner remains in full-time employment.

Designed for school-based staff without an existing degree, the programme enables learners to become fully qualified teachers without incurring any personal debt and at zero cost to the school.  We’ve partnered with BeReady, a trusted provider of online training programmes for school staff. Their programmes are fully funded, delivered flexibly online, and designed to help you grow in your role.

For colleagues without a degree, the recommended pathway is:

• Level 5 Specialist TA (18 months)
• Level 6 Teacher Degree Apprenticeship (18 months)
• Progression to QTS (12 months)
